They utilize precision machined contacts for strength and durability. They withstand extreme temperature variations, from approximately -40°C to +85°C, and resist damaging vibration. These connectors have a superior helium leak rate. The materials and finishes, as well as the technical characteristics of the XAVAC series connectors, meet or exceed the performance requirements of MIL-DTL-24308 and NASA Goddard S-311 and SPACE-D32 specifications. Mixed density is available.
