This diode comes in a 0201 package (0.6 mm x 0.3 mm x 0.3 mm), which meets the critical requirement for ultra-high-speed ports such as USB4, Thunderbolt, and 10GbE interface protection designs with an ultra-low capacitance of only 0.18 pF.
