It offers a 5000 W (10 / 1000 us) or 2200 W (load dump) peak pulse power dissipation rating in a standard P600 package. The SLD series’ combination of compact design and superior electrical performance offer circuit designers the freedom to upgrade their circuit protection in their existing design footprint or provide more robust load dump protection for new projects.
