Available in 16 KB, 32 KB, and 64 KB Flash variants and 14-pin to 32-pin package options, these MCUs are designed for real-time control and USB 2.0 full speed device support. They support crystal-less USB operation and include an optional internal 3.3 V voltage regulator.

The AVR DU family utilizes the latest core independent peripherals with low-power features and 5 V operation for increased noise immunity. Key peripherals include the event system, configurable custom logic (CCL), 10-bit ADC, and comparator. These MCUs are ideal for applications in industrial control, home appliances, automotive, and IoT.
