VRF151 and VRF152 RF Power TransistorsMicrosemi's VRF151 and VRF152 are gold-metallized silicon n-channel RF power transistors designed for broadband commercial and military applications requiring high power and gain without compromising reliability, ruggedness, or inter-modulation distortion. The VRF151 is a high voltage replacement for MRF151, and the VRF152 is a low Rds replacement for MRF151/BLF177/SD2941 parts.
