Image of Molex's D-Sub Grounding Connectors Molex’s D-sub grounding connectors provide potential equalization when they are mated, eliminating the need for a screw or clamp, and safety caps provide waterproof protection even when unmated. The supplied two hexagonal bolts enable mounting on housing.

The high-power contact (40.0 A) connected to ground cable (8 AWG) with straight termination meet performance requirements for high-powered equipment.

The metal sealing frame for rear installation ensures EMI shielding and saves space as no extra frame needed.

IP66 and IP67 ratings prevent water and dust ingress and protect the connector in harsh environments.
