TG-T1000T has a PET reinforcement carrier providing excellent electrical isolation properties as well as superior holding strength and initial tack when compared to other thermal tapes. TG-T1000T is perfect for fastening aluminum or ceramic heatsinks to heat sources and can be provided with pull tabs for easy assembly. TG-T1000T can be supplied in rolls or as die-cut parts to suit the user’s requirements.
