SM320F28335GBS MCU for Extreme TemperaturesTexas Instruments' SM320F28335-HT is the first high-performance, floating point digital signal controller released to operate at extended high temperatures up to 210°C, eliminating the need for expensive up-screening and saving significant development time and cost. Together with TI’s full portfolio of high-temperature semiconductor solutions, the SM320F28335-HT provides a reliable and fast microcontroller for signal chain needs in designs required to operate in high-temperature environments.
