LT6657 Precision Voltage Reference | DigiKey Daily

LT6657 is a precision, low noise, buffered reference voltage. Featuring a low dropout reference from as little as 50 millivolts above the output voltage, this also achieves a temperature drift of only 1.5 parts per million per degree centigrade. This is capable of sourcing or sinking ten milliamps while maintaining a line regulation of .2 parts per million per volt and load regulation of .7 parts per million per volt. There is a typical no load current of 1.2 milliamps but reduces to a typical 10 nanoamp shutdown current. The LT6657 is ideal for medical equipment, automotive control, and high resolution data acquisition systems.
