ROHM Europe BD62xx H-Bridge ICs | DigiKey Daily
ROHM offers a wide range of H-Bridge ICs in their BD62 hundred series, simplifying and empowering motor speed control. With a pulse width modulated output, they can be controlled using logic level input or built-in reference voltage-variable function from any microcontroller. These ICs are designed for 7, 18, and 36 volts as well as different current classes from .5 amps up to 2 amps. These ICs come in a variety of package types, letting engineers select the type most suitable for their particular application. Operating in a wide negative 40 to positive 85 degree Celsius temperature range, these also consume practically no power when in standby.
