For instance, a 20 V power line will never face more than 35 V overvoltage during transient events (IEC61000-4-2 ESD and IEC-61000-4-5 surges). The ESDA22P150-1U3M saves space on a PCB so the user can integrate more functionalities or further miniaturize the device. Housed in a 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm package, the maximum thickness of 0.6 mm is ideal for flat devices.
