Vishay Semiconductor Diodes' non-automotive bidirectional TVS are available in an SMC package and offer a peak pulse power with excellent clamping capability. SMC5K TVS are used in sensitive electronics, offering protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, automotive, and telecommunications.
