Displayed here is another example of a phase noise plot taken this time at a much higher frequency (3500 MHz). The phase noise performance is again very good (better than similar devices from other manufacturers) and the spurious power level remains below -80 dB. Of course, the actual phase noise numbers follow the Leeson’s principle and therefore differ from the numbers on the previous slide as they scale to a higher frequency.
