This is a good example of how customers can utilize other TI components to build a complete high performance power solution. Partner the LM27403 with the NexFET power blocks, which provide excellent performance over a wide operating range, and the LM10011. These three devices, when coupled with a high performance ASIC or FPGA, provide an excellent solution. Against the competition, the LM27403 shines with the temperature-compensated current limit, wider input voltage range which can cover 3 V rails, and higher efficiency in a smaller package.
