In summary, Sumida’s SPM series of point-of-load power modules are available with input voltages from 3.3 V to 24 V, output voltages from 0.6 V to 5 V and load currents up to 8 A. They offer very good efficiency and high reliability, with qualification to IPC9592B. With very high power density, they are rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C, they are available in LGA packages and are fully RoHS compliant. They are ideal for a wide range of distributed power applications.
