The SPM1004 series operates from a 12 V input and offers a range of output voltages from 0.8 V to 5 V. It is rated for 6 A maximum load with efficiency up to 94% at 3 A and 93% at 6 A. This module is available in an LGA package 9 x 15 x 3 mm and can deliver full load at up to 85°C ambient, even in applications with no forced air.
