Melf Metal Film Resistors - MMF Series

YAGEO's Melf Metal Film Resistors - MMF Series is manufactured using a vacuum sputtering system to deposit multiple layers of mixed metal alloys and passivative materials onto a carefully treated high grade ceramic substrate, SMD enabled structure. The resistors are coated with layers of blue color lacquer.

The MMF series meet the requirement for long-term stability, moisture resistance, reliability, and temperature cycling in lead-free assembly processes. Working voltages can be applied from 150 V up to 350 V, and the operating temperature is -55°C to +155°C.
