What is JFIF? JFIF is a minimal file format which enables JPEG bit streams to be exchanged between a wide variety of platforms and applications. Such a file format has to be defined as the JPEG standard does not specify one. The latest version is 1.02 and is supported by the SAM9M10 JPEG decoder.
